Thank you for your business, we are sorry that you have chosen to discontinue service with our company and hope that we may do business in the future together. You cancellation is effective immediately but please expect approximately 4-6 weeks before your account is credited for any refunds that may be due. On hosting accounts: Hosting is covered from the first of the month the the last day of the month and account termination begins the first day of the next month. Please note the terms of the Online Customer Agreement. On design or promotion accounts: Cancellation before project completion will result in a refund only of fees for work not completed. At times our services are bundled with a discount for choosing more than one service (hosting/design, hosting/promotion, etc.), cancellation of an account before the contract terms will result in billing at the non-discounted rate rate when it's package is cancelled. Setup fees are non-refundable. Please refer online to our Online Customer Agreement for a full list of terms.
